Behind the Collective
Why we built Barrio together
Barrio Creative Collective was founded by Chloe and Bianka, two creatives with distinct but complementary skill sets who share a belief in thoughtful work carried through with care.
Chloe brings a background in brand strategy, design, and creative systems—helping organizations clarify direction, shape identity, and build digital experiences that support real growth. Her work centers on asking the right questions first, then translating insight into clear, cohesive creative decisions.
Bianka brings deep experience in event design, planning, and floral design—shaping physical spaces and moments with intention, beauty, and logistical fluency. Her work lives at the intersection of concept and execution, ensuring experiences feel both meaningful and well-held.
Barrio was born from the recognition that the strongest work often happens when thinking and making aren’t separated. By bringing our skills together, we’re able to support projects holistically—whether they live online, in print, or in a room full of people.

The Barrio Lab is our shared workspace and creative home—located in Rochelle Park, NJ—where much of our thinking, making, and gathering takes place. It’s where strategy turns into sketches, materials become finished pieces, and ideas move closer to the real world.
In addition to serving as our studio and production space, The Lab also hosts small workshops and gatherings throughout the year. These sessions are designed to bring people together around creativity, learning, and hands-on exploration—often centered on design, making, or shared experiences.
The Lab reflects how we work: thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with room for both process and play.
